I’m thinking of doing it without implants, but after reading other people’s reviews I got curious, so I’m asking. With implant-free rhinoplasty, is it hard to correct a bulbous nose, does the nasal bridge collapse easily, and is it hard to create a dramatic design? I’m asking because it seems like many people say their bulbous nose correction didn’t go well or that sagging happened. Also, I’ve scheduled consultations at ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅈㅇㅈ, and ㅎㅇㅇㄷ, so please recommend any other places I should check out.
