either septal cartilage or an artificial bone called Medpor
They say most people use silicone + ear cartilage...
But because I have a short upturned nose, there were a lot of difficulties
They said if I use septal cartilage, the nasal tip and nasal bridge could
droop later, and if I use a material called Medpor, even as time passes
the nose shape stays the same,
but because a foreign material is inserted, it could cause inflammation,
and there’s also the fact that I won’t be able to make a pig nose.
As long as my nose looks okay, is there ever a time in life when I’d need to make a pig nose?
