I’m saving up money and thinking about getting cosmetic surgery. The side cheekbones under my eyes are really prominent. I’m also considering nostril reduction or square jaw Botox, but which would be best if I want to see the most noticeable effect? From your view, do my cheekbones look big? I’m 173 cm and 67 kg, and even when I exercise, the facial fat stays the same. Looking at it, I also wonder if the bones themselves are large. So I’m seriously looking into it.
