I have a bulbous nose, crooked nose, short nose, upturned nose, and a hump because of a bone I broke when I was young At 2 places, I was diagnosed with silicone + costal cartilage, and at 1 place, with no implant Personally, I’m scared of silicone side effects, and I also wonder if raising the nasal bridge with silicone would make it just fall in a straight line from the forehead, so I’m not sure Please give me recommendations and advice between silicone + costal cartilage and no implant + costal cartilage
