I’m looking into getting nose surgery, and I’m wondering if there isn’t much of a before-and-after difference when it’s done without implants. Do you only get a noticeable before-and-after difference if silicone is inserted? I’m not trying to make a huge change; I just want something natural, like some of the places I’ve looked at such as ㅇㄹ, ㅋㅂㅈ, ㅈㅇㅈㅇ. I’ve only roughly looked at clinics, so nothing is decided yet. I think I’d be happy if just the flaws could be improved without implants. For those who’ve had it done, I’m curious what method you had and where you had it done.
