I had bulbous nose correction done together at the place where I had surgery, but it wasn’t corrected properly. I think I’ll need to reshape it during revision surgery. Since my nose has both a hump and a bulbous tip, I’m considering osteotomy along with alar reduction. But I heard osteotomy is usually done under general anesthesia, so since I live outside Seoul, I’m wondering whether revision surgery in Seoul is feasible. For people from other regions, is it possible to have surgery under general anesthesia in Seoul and go back home right away, or should I look into staying overnight? Fixing just one nose costs money and takes so much time too.
