At the places I went to, they said that if I only do chin advancement, a secondary angle will form, so I have to do square jaw surgery together too. But wouldn’t it be possible to refine the surrounding bone lines while advancing the chin so a secondary angle doesn’t form? My surgery date is 2 weeks away, but I’m still wondering whether it’s really right for me to do all 3 procedures. I’m worried that side effects I never even thought of might keep bothering me. No matter how I look at it, advancing the front chin definitely seems like a surgery that would benefit me, but I’m not sure whether going as far as square jaw surgery is essential. Since the cheekbones are more about aesthetic standards, all the doctors said that part is up to me. But still, unevenness...
