Other than silicone for the nasal bridge

I’m thinking of my first surgery as my last surgery, so I want to go with an option that has as few side effects as possible. Of course, aesthetics matter too. If anyone here has had their nasal bridge done with particulate costal cartilage instead of silicone, please let me know how the absorption was. Looking at ㅈㅇ, it seems they create the line of the nasal bridge with particulate costal cartilage and use costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Even if the cost is high, I want to do it that way, but I’m curious whether there are any major issues. People around me mostly either do no implant or silicone.
