I went to a removal-focused hospital in Apgujeong. It's been over 10 years with no cartilage manipulation and only silicone in place, but my skin has become thin and the silicone shows through, so I said I wanted removal. They said that because of the nasal bridge that had been rasped down under the silicone, I would be disappointed if I only removed it, and recommended replacing and inserting silicone. I absolutely do not want to use silicone, so I'm planning to go for another consultation. It seems this doctor thinks silicone is superior for the nasal bridge in terms of stability. If I had thicker skin, I would do it without worrying too.
