I had a very slight hump, so they didn’t shave it down and instead carved the silicone implant. After the surgery, when the stitches were removed, there was something slightly protruding near the columella, and I thought it seemed like scar tissue and just knew about it. But when I went for the final checkup, they touched it and said it was the alar cartilage protruding slightly.
