I had silicone in my nose and used septal cartilage for the nasal tip, but after using septal cartilage it became like a drooping-tip nose and my nose got longer, so I scheduled removal surgery and am waiting. The director seems to be saying they can’t completely remove it, and that they will remove the silicone and lower the height of the septal cartilage and correct it. Is that because if they take it out completely, it will become an upturned nose?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
