I’m currently on day 33 after having the silicone removed while leaving the nasal tip cartilage, and one side near the nostril wing is throbbing. It feels a bit like when you have a painful pimple and it pulls. Is there anyone similar to me? There is no heat sensation, redness, or swelling.

It was so painful throughout the surgery. Still, they said it was removed cleanly, so I feel at ease. After all the cotton is removed and the splint is taken off too, I will leave another review.
