Hello, I’m thinking about removal, but my nasal cartilage itself is soft, so if I have everything removed, I don’t think the shape can be guaranteed. So this is just my own thought, but even with full removal, I think it may be better to trim a minimal support cartilage into a small piece and leave it. Among those who have had removal, is there anyone who removed it while leaving the support strut? If so, do you have any foreign-body sensation or other discomfort? I would appreciate it if you could share information. I hope everyone escapes from nose hell.
