The alar cartilages at my nasal tip and my septal cartilage have already been compressed by silicone and ear cartilage for over ten years, so they’re probably bent. If I remove everything, can my septum and the crooked columella/nasal tip alar cartilages recover back to how they were before they were compressed?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
