I went for my second consultation round through an acquaintance's introduction. I consulted with the consultant first, and I didn't first say that I wanted epicanthoplasty and bulbous nose removal; I just listened first. According to the consultant, my face is small, but my eyes are also big from epicanthoplasty and my nose is too high, so they don't harmonize. For the nose, they recommended redoing it in a beoseon-style nose shape, leaving the eyes alone, and because my face is long and lacks contours, they recommended fat grafting. At that point I thought, ah, I came here for nothing. Doctor consultation: I first asked, since it seems like I've been very stressed because of my nose, what about removing everything? Oh?
