It has been 11 days since surgery with donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and silicone. Even after thinking so hard before getting the surgery, something like this ended up happening. I really think it is better not to touch the nose in the first place. I did not have osteotomy, reduction, or anything like that separately; it was a bulbous nose, and I only had it raised. Right now the foreign-body sensation is extremely severe, and it even feels like something is touching the inside of one nostril. The clinic said it is true that the part supporting the inside is touching it. Because of that, I have a really severe headache ㅠㅠ This week I’m going to get the stitches removed from the columella area, and I’m thinking of bringing up early removal with the director…
