It’s been about 1 year and 2 months since I removed the L-shaped silicone and Medpor that had been in for almost 10 years. I was really worried too because they said all kinds of things could happen, but I just didn’t want to be stressed about my nose anymore, so I took everything out. Now I’m very satisfied. My headaches, heavy feeling in the nose, show-through, and cold stinging sensation in the nose are gone, and I’m happy that I can lie face down without worrying about my nose haha.
