I had silicone put in a few years ago, took it out after a year, and last year had it done again with autologous cartilage, but I don't like it again ㅠㅠㅠ I want to do it one more time with silicone or dermis, but would that be impossible because there isn't enough nasal skin? I haven't gone for a consultation yet

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
