For my first surgery, I only bought pumpkin juice and pumpkin porridge in advance, and I ate just that a bit and then stopped, but this time I'm planning a complete removal, and this is going to be my last surgery and my last nose, so if there is anything that helps with swelling going down and recovery after surgery, I want to prepare it in advance… The only thing that comes to mind is pumpkin juice. But I've seen many people here say pumpkin juice doesn't really helpㅜ so I'm debating. If there are people who had surgery, anything is fine, so please recommend everything
