Hi everyone, it’s been a little over 3 weeks since my nose surgery, and I had silicone 55, septal cartilage nasal tip binding, fat removal, upturned nose correction, bulbous nose correction, and alar reduction. Since I had alar reduction and other things done, I know I can’t go back to my original nose. What I’m a bit worried about now is that I had nasal tip binding and fat removal, and the septum was built up, so if I remove this, I’m worried about side effects like the nasal tip cartilage splitting, saddle nose, or pinching. I heard that if you do cartilage binding, there can be pinching after removal. Is that true? I’m worried about these kinds of side effects… Based on online research for now, I like ㅅㅅㅇ and ㅅㅇ the most, but I’m more drawn to ㅅㅇ because there are lots of reviews…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
