The silicone is coming out, so silicone removal is definitely necessary, but I’m debating whether to remove everything up to the nasal tip too. Whether to remove up to the nasal tip or leave the nasal tip as is. Since I have a bulbous nose, I’m worried it’ll spread too much if I remove it, and because I have a bit of contracture, I’m worried that if I don’t remove it, the nasal tip won’t come down
