There are clinics that say it takes less than 30 minutes, they make an incision inside the nose and remove only the silicone with a closed approach, so it costs less than 1 million won and there is almost no swelling. There are also clinics that quote over 2 million won. For reference, it’s not because of inflammation; I’m removing it because I don’t like the shape.
