Ten years ago, septal cartilage removal was my last procedure, and I’ve had nose surgery 5 times. Even after removal, I kept getting deformities with columellar deviation, saddle nose, and nostril asymmetry, so I’m stressed. I’m in my mid-30s and thinking about surgery one last time. I’m going around to a few hospitals in Seoul from the provinces, and for saddle nose, which would be better for the nasal bridge: costal cartilage or dermis? Could it be organized without using anything at all, as no-implant surgery with only ear cartilage? It seems like people avoid costal cartilage, and they say dermis gets absorbed a lot It’s difficult. ㅇㅊㅂ seems generally okay, but the height is too flashy, so I’m worried…
