Ten years ago, septal cartilage removal was my last procedure, and I’ve had nose surgery 5 times. Even after removal, I kept getting deformities with columellar deviation, saddle nose, and nostril asymmetry, so I’m stressed. I’m in my mid-30s and thinking about surgery one last time. I’m going around to a few hospitals in Seoul from the provinces, and for saddle nose, which would be better for the nasal bridge: costal cartilage or dermis? Could it be organized without using anything at all, as no-implant surgery with only ear cartilage? It seems like people avoid costal cartilage, and they say dermis gets absorbed a lotㅠ It’s difficult. ㅇㅊㅂ seems generally okay, but the height isㅜ too flashy, so I’m worried…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
