My nose had nasal bone osteotomy, autologous costal cartilage, and columellar extension. Why does it look lower from the front than before surgery? They recommended nasal bone osteotomy, saying it was necessary for the nose to become slimmer, but instead it feels like the nasal bridge near the glabella has disappeared. If you could share related experiences, it would be very helpful for reference when considering total removal I’m planning to have total removal, but what I’m worried about after reading reviews is that the nose became lower because of nasal bone osteotomy. I don’t understand why it becomes lower. If only the bones on both side walls of the nose are pushed inward, the height should stay the same while it becomes slimmer, but…
