Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m going to have it removed, please look at the photos

My nose originally had severe septal deviation, so it was a crooked nose. That’s why I had crooked nose surgery together with it, but the nasal tip is crooked. It’s noticeable enough that other people can see it too. When I touch one side, it comes straight down in a line, but on the other side, the area I marked in the photo feels like it’s sunken in. What on earth is this? It feels clearly indented. It feels like there’s no bone or cartilage in the marked area. Could this be upper lateral cartilage collapse, or did it become a saddle nose? I also had osteotomy, so could that be the problem? I have one month left until removal, and I’m really distressed. Does anyone know why this is happening?
