I had an integrated columellar strut with septal extension, plus silicone and ear cartilage grafting at the nasal tip, and more than 5 years have passed… I’m told removing this is difficult. They say removing the septal extension is also hard, and that if only the height is adjusted, I still won’t be able to make a pig nose. On Dr. M.T.’s blog, it says this is the most difficult type among removals and has lower satisfaction… I’ve also seen many posts from people regretting complete removal.
