I had an integrated columellar strut with septal extension, plus silicone and ear cartilage grafting at the nasal tip, and more than 5 years have passed… I’m told removing this is difficult. They say removing the septal extension is also hard, and that if only the height is adjusted, I still won’t be able to make a pig nose. On Dr. M.T.’s blog, it says this is the most difficult type among removals and has lower satisfaction…ㅜㅜ I’ve also seen many posts from people regretting complete removal. Is there anyone who has removed an integrated septal extension strut in a case like mine? I can tolerate maintaining the strut and the fixed feeling, but the shape changing later is absolutely…
