First of all, I had nose plastic surgery with silicone, and this time I had a slight inflammation, but it wasn't that severe. I was just tired, so my nose turned red and swelled a little. But it didn't swell that badly. But today, when I had one consultation, they said I don't necessarily have to remove the silicone. I'm around 4 years in with the silicone now; would removing it be the right thing to do? I feel uneasy. Should I ask at one other place too? But, but my pre-surgery photos are so ugly ㅠ
