I'm thinking of removing the silicone and using only a septal strut and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. The plans are similar, but between ㅅㅅㅇ, which says there is no inflammation or contracture so the capsule doesn't need to be removed, and ㅅㅇ, which removes the capsule completely no matter what, which would be better considering both the line and the capsule? For reference, my nose is crooked, so the capsule must have formed crooked too. Is it okay not to remove it?
