Hello ㅜㅠ It's been about 9 months since my nose surgery. I had silicone for the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Recently, a step-off has appeared and the nasal tip cartilage is showing through, so I went to the clinic, and they said they would provide after-service revision ㅜㅜ 1 Lower both the nasal bridge and nasal tip, cover with ear dermis 2 Only refine and lower the nasal tip, cover with ear dermis Which would be better? ㅜㅜ Somehow, my nasal bridge is high, but I can't imagine only lowering the nasal tip, so I'm wondering if I should lower the whole nose by one level overall.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
