When I was a high school senior, I went in planning to get double eyelid surgery as a reward for succeeding in college entrance exams, and I was only going to do double eyelid surgery, but they told me to do my nose at the same time too, saying that doing eyes and nose together would create a dramatic change, so I did that. I said I did not want silicone inserted and only wanted my nostrils to be a bit smaller, but they kept reassuring me by saying that silicone side effects almost never happen these days. I kept saying I did not want silicone right up until just before going into surgery, and they said they would try to go in the direction of not inserting it as much as possible, but they inserted 35 mm. Right after surgery, my nose was extremely crooked, but "034 because your original nose was crooked...
