My first nose surgery failed, and after removing the silicone, I left only the nasal tip, but as more time passes, the nasal tip cartilage shows more and looks upturned, so I’m going for revision surgeryㅜㅜ Since my septal cartilage was already used during the first surgery, I’m thinking of using ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage. Would that be okay? For the revision surgery, I’m thinking of the former ㅋㄴㅍ and ㅂㄷㄴ. Please leave comments if you’ve had it done. Are there people who used donated costal cartilage? I can’t even consider autologous costal cartilage because of the recovery time ㅠㅠ
