Before removal, my nose was a bit crooked because of the silicone, and my nostrils were uneven. I didn’t have any obvious contracture side effects, but recently the pulling sensation and tenderness were severe. As it got worse and kept bothering me, even my head, teeth, and facial bones started hurting. So today I had everything removed at the hospital where I had it done. Also, the nasal tip was so hard that I always had a severe foreign-body sensation. Maybe it was even worse because donated costal cartilage was inserted ㅜㅜ Originally, I was only going to remove the silicone, but before surgery I asked them to remove everything, including the silicone on the nasal bridge and the ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage in the nasal tip. Because later, if I have to do my nose again…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
