There's nothing like inflammation; it's just that the shape obviously screams plastic surgery to anyone who sees it. I don't want to put anything more in anymore, and I only want removal, but the hospital keeps recommending autologous dermis. They say there are absolutely no side effects, but I'm scared of a scar on my buttocks. But if my face looks this obvious now and I just remove absolutely everything, will I really regret it?
