I had silicone and costal cartilage put in, and they said I shouldn’t necessarily remove everything and should just refine it, but I feel like the texture will still be hard ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
