About 12-13 years ago, I had rhinitis surgery at an ENT clinic and had nose surgery together. The nasal bridge is silicone, they slightly shaved a hump and the bridge, and as I remember, I was told silicone was also put in the nasal tip. It wasn’t ear or costal cartilage, and it wasn’t Gore-Tex or any other material. It was my first surgery, and it was fine until dental treatment, but after dental treatment I had to open my mouth wide and kept flossing and all that. Starting around 3-4 weeks ago, I don’t feel anything or have any pain at all in the nasal bridge, but at the nasal tip it feels like something that should be at the tip has moved down under the nose, and a foreign-body…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
