Removal after my first surgery due to breathing problems

I had my first surgery on September 14, and my nose originally had severe deviated septum, but before getting my nose done I had absolutely no problem breathing through my nose and I didn’t have anything like rhinitis either. The plastic surgery clinic said they would correct my crooked nose, but in the end it wasn’t corrected. When I went to an ENT clinic, they said the deviated septum is still there and is blocking the airway on the right side. As soon as I heard that, I threw up in the morning, took panic medication, and I’ve been living like that. And I used a septal support graft and ear cartilage. So I was planning to have the deviated septum fixed after 6 monthsㅜ but that also has a lot of side effects. It’s already an operated nose too, and I have to wait 5 months. What should I do…
