For my first surgery, they finished it with something like silicone and a fascial capsule or whatever, and for the revision they used silicone, septal cartilage, and alar cartilage. They said my alae were very folded inward, so they built it up with that. But does septal cartilage also cause a lot of nasal tip drooping? ㅠㅠ
