Has anyone here had total nose implant/material removal? I'm curious how it is after surgery. And does it normally cost this much? Is there no way to get a discount?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
