My first surgery was with L-shaped silicone, so cartilage wasn’t used at all. I’m planning to visit hospitals like Siwoo, Kook Won-seok, and Yoo Won-il, and if I remove the L-shaped silicone and have nasal tip revision surgery, what cartilage would be best to use? It’ll probably be septal cartilage or ear cartilage, but is it better to use just one, or is it better to use both together?
