I had my first nose surgery early this year: functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, silicone nasal bridge implant, nasal tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, nostril reduction, and bulbous nose correction. During the first surgery, because of blood pooling and inflammation, I went to the operating room four times for irrigation. Within a month, I had 2 open procedures and 2 closed procedures. I didn’t know whether I currently had side effects of a contracted nose, and I was getting revision surgery consultations because I didn’t like my nasal tip, but then I found out I had side effects. My columella is also retracted ㅠ Since the columella has gone in, it needs to be brought down, and because of the short nose/upturned nose, nasal lengthening is needed. It seems like the silicone is inflamed, so I think the silicone needs to be removed and autologous material should be used. I want a refined, straight-to-slightly-curved line. I’m from Busan, so I don’t know Seoul at all, and I don’t know anyone there, so I’m trying to get information…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
