I went to Gangnam ㄷㄴ, which is known as a top place for revision rhinoplasty, and the director and consultant were very honest. The director explained while touching up my face in Photoshop, and they were really honest. My current nasal bridge is high, and since it’s donor rib cartilage, the nasal tip feels like it has dropped, so I want revision surgery. Does anyone know a hospital that can make even a small nose look dramatic? I went for consultations at ㅇㅇ and ㄷㄴ because they’re known for dramatic lines, but they said there are limits because my nose is small and my skin is thin.
