I want to have rhinoplasty in Busan that slightly lowers the columella by bringing it down. Are there any hospitals in Busan that are good with the nasolabial angle? I did look into Seoul too, but it’s too far, and I think I’ll need to do it in Busan, so I’m asking. Is there anywhere you can recommend? The nose I want is one where the nasal tip is not pointy but has a blunt feel, and the nasal bridge is raised moderately. That’s the kind of surgery I want. I’ll attach a photo of the nose shape I want. I’d appreciate hospital recommendations ㅠㅠ
