If the radix is raised only a little and the nasal tip is raised a lot, is it common to use two layers of silicone on the nasal dorsum/bridge area during surgery to resolve the step-off on the nasal dorsum? And even if surgery is done with two layers of silicone, would there be no inflammation or future problems?
