Between autologous costal cartilage and donated rib cartilage, if it’s a re-re-re-revision surgery, which would be better? Autologous costal cartilage seems like it would leave a long scar, and I’m not sure about donated rib cartilageㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ I don’t know which hospital would be better either. I’ve kept having revision surgeries using only ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but after being satisfied with the last surgery, the nose lifted and I developed contractureㅜ
