Are nasal tip cartilage repositioning and nasal tip cartilage tying different? In some places, they seem to call repositioning plus tying the cartilage “repositioning,” and in other places, they seem to say they are separate. Which is correct? If it is not tied, I am curious whether the shape will hold well with cartilage repositioning alone. I would be grateful if everyone here who has had it could tell me how it was ㅠㅠ
