I can feel the silicone in my nasal bridge, but it isn’t in the middle and is shifted to the right side of the nasal bridge. Is this originally normal, or has the silicone gradually rotated?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
