The tip of my nose dropped after my first surgery, so I had revision surgery, and after the revision, contracture developed. It wasn't because I had a major inflammation; my nose just quietly started getting shorter. I started worrying around May 2022. Before that I didn't pay attention, but from then on I kept thinking my nose seemed to be lifted and getting shorter, and once I started thinking that, it felt like it kept getting shorter lol. I had it done when I was twenty, so I don't remember my original nose, only that it was very low, so I really worried a lot. Then I had it removed on January 10, 2024. I did it near Apgujeong Exit 4, and because it was contracture, cartilage had to be grafted onto the nasal tip no matter what...
