It’s been 3 months since I had nose surgery with Director ㅅㅅㅈ at ㅇㅂㅅ using 2 mm silicone + septal cartilage for the nasal tip + ear cartilage, and I’m thinking of having it removed after 6 months. I want to remove the silicone, lower the ear cartilage, and fill in the step-off. Is there anyone who had nose surgery with ㅇㅂㅅ ㅅㅅㅈ and also had removal surgery? Or should I go to one of the top three removal specialists…
