Hi everyone. Not long ago, I was going to remove L-shaped silicone, but at the same time as the removal, I received revision rhinoplasty. I only raised the nasal tip with septal extension surgery. My original nose was very low and broad, so I told them to just do the nasal tip naturally. But my newly reborn nasal tip was upturned and extremely high.
