At the hospital I booked, they said that during the process of removing the nasal valve graft, a lot of tissue could be damaged and it could cause functional problems, so they would remove everything except the nasal valve graft. When I searched online, I also saw people saying that removing a spreader graft can cause a saddle nose. But I want to take everything out if possible ㅠㅠ My surgery is only a few days away, and I am really torn about whether I should cancel even now and go somewhere that will also remove the nasal valve graft. If anyone has had it removed, or if anyone is 고민ing like me and knows anything, I would be grateful if you could share ㅠㅠ
